  • We offer professional design consultation services to help you create your dream kitchen. Our experienced designers will work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences, and lifestyle.

  • We understand the importance of proper maintenance and cleaning to ensure the longevity and performance of our kitchens. While we can provide general guidelines here, we recommend referring to the specific care instructions included with your kitchen for the most accurate and detailed information.

  • No, we do not offer disposal services.

Product-Specific Questions

  • It is both the with the quality of the materials used, and how they are put together that makes German Kitchens a much higher quality to locally manufactured kitchens. This is why we are able to stand behind our 10-year warranty.

  • Engineered laminate boards are used for various kitchen components, including fronts and countertops. Some clients designs may require either Sintred Stone, Quartz, Marble or Granite.

  • Yes, we like to get to know our clients before we recommend layouts, as each client’s needs and home requirements differ dramatically, so there is no cookie-cutter solution.

  • Yes, we offer handles and hardware you choose can significantly impact the overall look and feel of your kitchen or bathroom. That's why we offer a wide range of options to suit your personal style and preferences. 

  • Yes, we have a massive library of designs that can be adjusted to fit in your home.

Design and Planning Questions

  • We offer comprehensive design services to help you create the perfect kitchen, wardrobe, or living room space. Our experienced designers will work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences, and lifestyle.

  • Our kitchens are manufactured in Germany, which requires much higher quality & standards than in South Africa. This ensures that our products far exceed the requirements of South African building codes and regulations.

  • Yes, we like to get to know our clients before we recommend layouts, as each client’s needs and home requirements differ dramatically, so there is no cookie-cutter solution.

  • Yes, these can be arranged by reaching out to our showrooms, but we highly recommend that you come in person to feel the product after the initial consultation, materials and textures, and physical interaction that doesn’t communicate well over a video call.
