Our Process
From start to finish
Beautiful design takes time and collaboration

Meet with our experienced designer to discuss your needs and unique design requirements in detail. Get in touch! Visit a showroom near you.

After the brief, the designer will begin to design according to your needs and specifications. This can take up to a week as every design is unique and crafted meticulously.

When the design is completed and rendered, we will contact you to arrange a meeting at one of our showrooms and debrief you about the design.

When you are completely happy with the design, you will sign the accepted quotation and make a deposit payment of 60% to secure your order.

At this point, the designer will visit the client site to take final measurements before production begins. This will ensure that we are on the right track for a smooth installation.

Your order is then made to measure in Germany and shipped to our warehouse in South Africa. Production and shipping take a total of 10 weeks. Once the goods arrive, our dedicated transporter will deliver the goods to the site for installation.

Our installation team will set up the working area and begin to elevate your home.

Once the installation is complete, we will conduct a final snags inspection and arrange a handover. At this point, you can enjoy creating beautiful culinary memories in your new Inside Living kitchen.
